In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service possible. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using computers and standard office software applications.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Expected salary

$17.25 – 24 per hour
