YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Equipment Supply Leader (ESL) in charge of filler machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers. The position is open in Parma.

YOUR MISSION

• Ensure proper scope of supply definition at Kick Off Meeting
• Manage request of change of scope of supply during machine execution
• Supervise and control all execution activities within the scope of supply, aimed to meet requested delivery date and Sidel quality standards
• Monitor daily activities and internal milestones
• Support the cost control activities within Sidel Production Centers
• Drive risk analysis and mitigation plans, escalate issues properly
• Coordinate all parties involved in Order Fulfilment process aimed to achieve quality and OTIF delivery
• Apply or supervise application of QTC-E/QTC-S process, including SAP updates
• Identify and ensure feedback for process and quality improvement opportunities
• Report KPIs needed to measure performance according to target
• Manage and coach the team, develop team members’ competencies

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Min 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Chain function
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
