Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a ERP/Business Systems Analyst for a 18 Month Contract. You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.The Business System Analyst (BSA) is responsible for ensuring the ERP system are configured correctly to manage our legacy products as well as new products being introduced in Medical. This would include ensuring ECOs and any changes are executed timely and accurately and aligned to support the structured needs of the business.Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

• Configuring ERP systems to effectively manage legacy products and accommodate new product launches.
• Ensuring engineering change orders (ECOs) and system changes are executed accurately, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
• Working cross-functionally with teams such as materials, regulatory affairs/quality assurance (RA/QA), engineering, operations leads, and master data management (MDM) to maintain system integrity.
• Establishing and enforcing business rules that align ERP systems with production line needs and business objectives.
• Providing problem-solving solutions for unique business conditions as the portfolio and strategies evolve.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system functionality and alignment with operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and business process configuration.
• Strong understanding of ECO processes and their impact on system operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
• Analytical skills for identifying and addressing system and process issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms relevant to medical or manufacturing industries is preferred.
