As a Service Technician on our ESL/Aseptic team, you will utilize your specialized skill set and knowledge to help ensure maximum customer up-time and satisfaction. You provide training to customers, while helping solve issues. You collaborate with the other internal Statco-DSI teams to complete I/O checks and start ups. 

Are you motivated by this work?

  • Perform I/O checks accurately at customer site and in the Statco-DSI shop, including termination of instruments and air in the panels
  • Receive and resolve customer issues that arise after start-up
  • Partner with the other Statco-DSI Service teams to provide cross-site support through equipment rebuild and PMs on equipment as applicable
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service, including after hours
  • Partner with other Statco-DSI departments to ensure thorough trouble shooting
  • Develop and maintain training programs and necessary documentation

Base Salary Range: $58,240-$99,840

  • Post-secondary training in Mechanics, Robotics or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education & experience preferred
  • Fluid processing knowledge preferred
  • Prior experience with controls, specifically PLCs to establish communication and signal to devices
  • Love of travel and building relationships
