Qualifications:

• NJ Elementary Certificate and Middle/High School Highly Qualified in Bilingual Education and Language Arts/English
• Possess interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents & community
• Diagnose student strengths and weaknesses and match these skills with appropriate techniques and materials.
• Mastery of pedagogical and subject matter skills
• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing standards-based instruction
• Knowledge of NJ Curriculum standards

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
