About ICLEPS

IC for Language & Education Programs (ICLEPS) is an online program for teaching English as a second language to international students overseas. It also provides professional development to language teachers in Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and K12 teachers in education technology. In ICLEPs, we don’t only teach, but we also INSPIRE.

Currently, ICLEPs is looking for talented, enthusiastic, flexible and culturally sensitive language teachers for CHILDREN. Teachers should be native speakers of English with experience teaching ESL ONLINE.

Qualifications:

ICLEPS is seeking applicants with:

1. A bachelor’s degree (Master is preferred) in TESL/ Applied Linguistics or a closely related area, and at least two years of teaching ESL experience to a diverse body of international students. If you have experience teaching kids and developing curriculum for CHILDREN with focus on grammar as well, please mention this in your CV.

2. An experience facilitating in an online environment will be considered an asset. As all the classes are delivered online through Zoom.

3. Two years minimum experience of teaching English as a Second Language to children.

4. A fair experience in CALL/ Education Technology (e.g., Zoom, Canvas as an LMS, …etc.)

5. Strong communication, pedagogical, interpersonal and leadership skills are desirable. Teachers must be native speakers of English.

6. A certificate in TESL, CELTA, TESOL, TESOL for children or TEFL are preferred.

8. Applicants are expected to be organized, tactful, versatile, and flexible ; sensitive to and understanding of the cultural and learning needs of the students.

Note that at ICLEPS, teachers (Contracters) are paid for the teaching hours only.

Also, note that only selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.
