Administer the state required language proficiency assessment to PK-12 speakers of other languages at school and district levels. In addition: (A) Adhere strictly to language proficiency and test directions and scoring procedures (B) Work with district staff to provide appropriate testing conditions and scoring procedures (C) Work with district staff to provide appropriate testing conditions and to efficiently complete testing with minimum disruption in student and school schedules (D) Organize testing process and maintain testing records completed by school site (E) Perform all other tasks as assigned
Interact with all levels of management and employees of the department, responding to several questions or concerns regarding OLPT payroll support documentation.
Process part time testers through hiring and exiting them with the appropriate documents and district forms in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency); college or university hours preferred.
Two years of direct experience preferred.
Must have basic computational mathematics skills.
Must perform professionally in adhering to test procedures and work schedules.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with district staff.
Ability to work school day schedule as needed (peak season from February to September, especially in the summer).
Bilingual/Biliterate in English and Spanish will be given greater consideration.
