GENERAL SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to assist Mercy College of Health Sciences’ students with specialized instruction in their areas of expertise.

HIPAA SECURITY COMPLIANCE:
Security Access: Medium “Incumbent has access to confidential information (non-patient related) and must comply with the terms of the Mercy Medical Center Security Policies as it applies to their job role.”
FERPA SECURITY COMPLIANCE:
Incumbent has access to confidential information related to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99), a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records and must comply with the terms of the law as it applies to their job role.
