Esthetic Instructor

You will be considered successful in this position if you:

Demonstrate proficiency in areas of safety, sanitation, facials, waxing, and esthetic industry best practices.

Ensure student paperwork including intake forms + treatment records are filled out completely and accurately.

Ensure student records are stored securely including digital files.

Act with a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to student emails within 24 hours.

Arrive 30 minutes before lab to ensure you are prepared.

Join weekly Classroom Facilitator meeting to help prepare for the following week.

Stay up-to-date on industry innovation, treatments, protocols, and products.

Attend continuing education after the initial training: in-spa workshops, classes, promotional, or any other required on the job training / meetings.

Demonstrate a willingness to integrate Lash and Company protocols, standards and best practices.

Teach and train Lash and Company service protocols.

Maintain a clean and organized work space before, during, and after class. Help to maintain overall facility cleanliness.

Utilize company tools / checklists to ensure work space meets Lash and Company cleanliness standards.

Follow dress code and all employee handbook guidelines.

Communicate well with students, peers, and management.

Understand and operate our Lash and Company student portal software.

Solicit referrals and reviews from students/models regularly.

Highly productive with day to day activities.
