About the Traineeship

This paid traineeship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of public affairs consultancy. You will work alongside our experienced team members in a very special period due to the elections of the European Parliament and the appointment of a new Commission.

Eligibility

To be eligible students must:

  • Be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters programme at a University in Belgium;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Have unrestricted right to work in the country of the placement;
  • Demonstrate academic excellence.

Skills and background requirements

  • Strong research and analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • A keen interest in current affairs and public policy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in analyzing the newly formed European Parliament;
  • Follow the cycle leading to the formation of a new Commission;
  • Monitor media coverage and provide summaries of key developments;
  • Participate in industry events and conferences (as opportunities arise).
