Summary of Requirements

On 17-22 March 2026 and 14-19 April 2026, the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine Project “Empowering Constitutional Justice: Strengthening the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s Role in Advancing Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Rule of Law” in partnership with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU), is planning to conduct two study visits for the members of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia and to the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.
