Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Court’s Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice” envisages organizing a series of events (4 events) in the field of criminal law with the participation of Supreme Court judges, criminal law professors, criminal law experts, and young legal professionals. These activities aim to deepen knowledge of current trends in criminal justice, support the development of a draft Criminal Code, and assess the professional community’s awareness of ongoing changes in national criminal law and their teaching in higher legal education within the context of European integration.
