Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Court’s Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice” envisages organizing a retraining event in the field of theory of law and legal argumentation with the participation of Supreme Court judges, law professors, and law experts. This activity aims to deepen knowledge of current trends in the theory of law, requires of legal argumentation, and assess the professional community’s awareness of ongoing European integration in the national legal system and its teaching in higher legal education.
