Event management services to organize one-day in-depth discussions of the ODIHR Opinions with the CCU, on 10 April 2026, Kyiv, Ukraine

Summary of Requirements

Following ODIHR’s recent transmission of the Opinion on the Rules of Professional Ethics for Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the Comparative Note on the Applicable Standards and Regulation of Recusals and Self-Recusals of Judges, the CCU has expressed strong interest in holding in-depth discussions on both documents. In particular, the Court welcomed ODIHR’s indication of readiness to present and discuss these Opinions with relevant stakeholders in Ukraine.
