The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) Project, “Strengthening Capacity of National Stakeholders to Combat Gender-Based Violence, including Domestic Violence in Ukraine” is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (MoIA) and the National Police of Ukraine, and its educational institutions. The Project is aimed at institutionalizing a systemic approach to GVB in the law enforcement agencies and enhancing the necessary collaboration among stakeholders involved in preventing and combating domestic violence.
