LetsStopAIDS is a Canadian Youth-HIV charity that focuses on HIV prevention and knowledge exchange by engaging young people and fostering leadership. Since 2004, we have been creating a global network of Youth-HIV leaders.

Event Summary
NoTimeToWait was established to address the rising rates of Youth HIV in Canada. Launched by LetsStopAIDS four years ago, this program has hosted an annual conference dedicated to exploring the impact of HIV on young Canadians. Join us in our mission to achieve zero new infections by 2030. There’s no time to wait!

Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers for the upcoming NoTimeToWait 2024 event! Volunteers will be crucial in ensuring the event runs smoothly and that attendees have an amazing experience. If you’re passionate about contributing to a meaningful cause, we encourage you to sign up!

Roles and Responsibilities:
Room Setup: Arrange the event space and set up equipment.
Performers Assistance: Support performers with logistics and scheduling.
VIP Room Attendant: Provide exceptional hospitality to VIP guests.
Games & Booths: Manage games and engage attendees.
Floater: Offer general assistance wherever needed.
Food Support: Assist with food preparation and service.
Welcome, Coat Check, & Registration: Greet guests and manage registrations.
Entrance & Crowd Management: Welcome attendees and ensure smooth entry.
