Key Responsibilities
Experience working with ticketing systems (ideally Spektrix) and CRM/databases, with strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication, able to explain complex information clearly. Proven customer care skills and ability to build strong relationships with promoters, clients and colleagues. Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail, managing multiple deadlines under pressure. Flexible, proactive and calm, including willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends. Able to work well within a team. Good time management, reliability and commitment to live music, arts and culture. Experience in ticketing within a concert hall, theatre or similar environment preferred.
