Executive Producer/ Deputy CEO (maternity cover)

Spare Tyre recognises the creativity in everyone. We make art with adults whose creativity and citizenship is not recognised, developed or given the platforms others take for granted to address the questions of our times.

The Executive Producer combines elements of both producing and executive direction to ensure that the strategic aims, business operation and artistic ambition of Spare Tyre are met. The Executive Producer is a spokesperson for the organisation and deputises for the CEO when necessary.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Artistic Director/CEO and the Board to meet our ten year vision, be an internal and external champion of Spare Tyre’s work, principles and values, and ensure we create and present work of the highest possible standard live, online or hybrid, that has integrity, is inclusive, accessible, equitable, feminist, anti-racist and planet-loving.
