Established in 2008, KOMIS has grown steadily in the management consulting sector, specialising in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for international development. We work with a range of clients, including international organisations, governments, and civil society actors, to monitor and evaluate international cooperation projects that address complex social and economic challenges.
At KOMIS, we are a team of committed individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work within set timelines. We share a strong sense of purpose and a collaborative mindset, alongside a drive for excellence and a commitment to meaningful impact.
This Brussels-based role is central to keeping our financial records accurate, supporting budget follow-up, and coordinating smoothly with colleagues and external partners. You will also support the financial management of KOMIS’s international cooperation projects for a wide range of clients, working closely with project teams and gaining exposure to international assignments and reporting requirements.
The role is hands-on and operational, with increased activity during month-end and reporting periods. The Assistant will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with project teams.
This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in project finance within an international development context.
Join KOMIS as a Finance and Office Assistant and contribute to the efficient functioning of our operations at both organisational and projects’ level.
This position is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in finance, office administration, and project support within an international and dynamic consulting environment.
We value long-term collaboration and are keen to retain colleagues who perform well and are a strong fit with the team.
Please write a short e-mail explaining why you wish to be considered for this position and submit a full CV to Christina TRIANTAFYLIDOU at ctr@komis.be with ‘Finance & Office Assistant – first name surname’ in the email title. Please also state whether you have the right to work in Belgium.
The deadline for applications is 16th of March 2026.
