Pioneer is a very successful special school providing for children and young people between the
ages of 3 to 19 with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties. We have purpose built facilities
and an opportunity has arisen to join our team in this exciting environment. 

We are looking for a Forest School Lead to support our students in this innovative program of
outdoor learning projects and activities. You will be responsible for planning and delivering
engaging and high-quality outdoor lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, nurturing
confidence and self-esteem in our pupils with severe and complex needs. Our Forest School is a
bespoke area on the school site, which is well resourced. 

Candidates should have a Level 3 Forest School Qualification.

approach to meeting the needs of our pupils to enable them to experience and achieve success.

We work closely and collaboratively with families and other professionals which supports our
