I am a creative visionary with extensive experience in putting together unforgettable events, growing communities and brands. Think biohazard scripted fashion shows with upcycled plastic cyberpunk clothes in collaboration with Stanislavsky theatre.
My new project is post-modern theatre with a very conceptual approach and a social mission. We are designing a new form of theatre that is immersive, involves real-life experiences, latest contemporary art, and gameplay. This is not simply a play, but also a platform to expose the issues of forced immigration, initiate discourse about totalitarian practices, and create agency among the public.
I want to create the ultimate cure for xenophobia. Expose the wound and ponder how to heal. Help hundreds of creatives secure careers and their immigration status, and help society integrate them peacefully.
This is not a straightforward task, but a mind boggle for a creative innovator. Together we will live through the pain and give birth to a unique project, a new form that sits somewhere between theatre, installation, participatory performance, documentary, game design and social experiment. At the moment we are at a very early stage of our development – raising the start capital, finalising the creative core team, and applying for grants. We are not currently able to offer immediate monetary compensation, however it is included in our budget and will be paid upon securing the start capital. I am looking for passionate individuals who strive to influence change towards a peaceful society. To find my people, build this meaningful project, and enjoy the success and difference we make. My core team to eventually become partners.

You will be working alongside me, Marria Roslova, a theatre dramaturge, and eventually a director, to create an immersive play to shake up minds. Together we will figure out a language to transmit all the emotions an individual experiences living under a totalitarian regime. We will create a play that develops empathy and agency, documents our times, and hopefully inspires a more humane peaceful society.
Pay: The current compensation written into our budget is £10000. A successful candidate will become an essential part of the core creative team and get involved in future projects. There are opportunities for bonuses and merchandise profit. If made partner, there are shares of the company. If successful we are planning to tour and create series of shows that you would also be involved in.
I do not see this as an hourly job, more of an integral part of a performing arts body. As per ArtsJobs policy: the rate will be approx 50-100GBP per hour, depending on how much time it takes.
