This role involves designing and implementing a relational database (likely in Notion, potentially Airtable) to support a growing curated network of interdisciplinary artists.
The system will function as an internal tool for:
– Mapping artists and their practices
– Tracking collaborations and projects
– Connection artists with organisations
– Supporting future commissioning and production activity.
The role requires both technical understanding of no-code systems and sensitivity to artistic and curatorial contexts.
Renumeration: Freelance fee in the region of £1,200-£2,000 depending on experience and scope.
Essential:
-Experience building systems in Notion and/or Airtable
– Understanding of relational databases (linked tables, structured data)
– Ability to design clear/intuitive workflows and interfaces
– Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
– Experience working with artists, cultural organisations or archives
– Interest in interdisciplinary practice
– Experience designing systems for collaboration or project tracking.
