RequirementsRequirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a freelance or agency setting.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient with recruitment tools and technology, including ATS.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
