We are currently looking for a videographer (who is also able to edit and comfortable mixing sound) to record the final performance of a project that we have been running for young people aged 14-18.
They have been working over 6 weeks to write and rehearse their own music, inspired by the theme of ‘My London’. The last week of the project will be a 20 minute showcase for family and friends which we would like recorded and edited into a 10 minute showcase video for the young people to take away with them as a memory of the project.
We would like this to be well-edited with good quality sound recording/mixing so that it feels like a ‘professional’ outcome for the young people.
Filming:
Set up and manage all equipment for filming, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
Use appropriate lighting and camera techniques to ensure clarity.
Editing:
Edit footage to produce a cohesive showcase video that aligns with our content goals.
Sync audio and video properly, removing any unnecessary pauses, mistakes, or background noise.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in videography, camera work, audio recording, and audio mixing where necessary.
Able to use editing software to a high standard (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Experience with lighting setups and sound optimization for video recordings.
