Front of House and Bar Hosts (Starlight Express)

We are looking for hard-working and motivated Front of House and Bar Hosts for the new production of Starlight Express at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Be a welcoming first point of contact for all customers

• Dealing with customer queries and complaints appropriately and effectively

• Checking tickets, and directing customers within the venue

• Ensure the bar and all points of sale are well-stocked and presentable

• Ensure that all customers are served in an efficient, warm and professional manner

• Following all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety, specific performance procedures and licensing regulations

• Being proactive in all bar and merchandise sales to ensure maximum profitability; accurately reconciling and recording takings as necessary

• Assisting in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of patrons in attendance as instructed, taking an activate role if it is necessary to evacuate the venue

• Ensure that the foyer, bar and auditorium are clean, tidy and welcoming

• Join any Front of House meetings and training sessions as required

• Undertaking any other duties as reasonably required

TERMS

• 0 Hour contract. Fixed hour contracts may be possible if requested

• Variable shift pattern between Wednesday & Sunday with evening, weekend & Bank Holiday working required (to include Christmas and New Year)

• Rate of pay £13.15 p/h, paid weekly in arrears
