Job Description
The Menier Chocolate Factory, an award-winning theatre, seeks enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for theatre, great customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
We currently run a 7-day show week (Tues-Sun) so expected hours are predominantly in the evenings and weekends – with matinees on Saturdays and Sundays.
Being available for shifts during the Christmas and New Year period is key.
The hourly rate is £12.50 per hour. A show shift is a minimum of 4 hours.
Shifts are Tues-Sun, across a 7-show week (28 hours a week).
Start date: From mid/late November 2025
Job Requirements
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house experience is preferred but not essential.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for theatre and delivering excellent guest experiences.
