The Role

We’re excited to welcome a Fullstack Python Engineer to our inclusive and collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about both backend and frontend development, is curious about cybersecurity, and is eager to grow their skills while making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance full-stack applications using Python for the backend and modern frameworks like Vue or React for the frontend
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to turn innovative ideas into robust solutions
• Write clean, efficient code and contribute to a supportive code review process
• Create and maintain APIs that bridge our backend services with user-friendly frontend interfaces
• Learn and apply best practices in full-stack development and cybersecurity
• Bring your unique perspective to technical discussions and project planning
• Explore and leverage new technologies, including AI tools like GPT and Copilot

Your Impact

Your work will directly contribute to securing the global software supply chain and protecting open-source projects used by millions. You’ll be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, growing your full-stack development skills while making the digital world safer for everyone.

Requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience with Python backend development and modern frontend frameworks (around 3+ years, but we’re flexible!)
• Enjoys working with databases, APIs, and crafting user interfaces
• Is familiar with software development practices like version control, testing, and agile methodologies
• Communicates effectively and thrives in a collaborative, diverse team environment
• Is excited to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Brings their unique experiences and perspective to problem-solving
