General Manager

This is a fantastic chance for a special person – someone with vision, resilience and commercial drive to lead and develop grass roots music and a thriving cultural programme, within a special organisation, in an atmospheric, intimate and quirky venue right at the heart of Ashford’s Town Centre.

You will :

• Provide a programme of Arts and Cultural activity for Ashford based at but not limited to, St Mary’s Church and report to the Board of Trustees
• Provide inspirational leadership, ensuring the profile, reputation and company activities are of the highest level
• Take overall responsibility for the management and efficient running of Revelation, leading on the Strategic and Artistic Vision
• Support the growth of Revelation through effective strategic planning, team management, audience development, income generation and a high-quality programme of events in line with the artistic vision for Revelation
