The Global V&I Director is responsible for leading and shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the VI (Visual Identity) function on a global scale. The mission is to ensure consistent, innovative, and effective visual identity management across all markets, supporting the organization’s brand, reputation, and business objectives.
Responsibilities/Expectations
Develop and implement the global VI strategy in alignment with corporate goals;
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent application of visual identity standards;
Oversee the creation, adaptation, and governance of VI guidelines and assets;
Collaborate with regional and local teams to support market-specific needs while maintaining global consistency;
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of VI initiatives, making data-driven improvements;
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for VI-related projects;
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements in all visual communications;
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on VI standards and best practices;
Report regularly to senior management on performance VI, challenges, and opportunities.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite);
Familiarity with digital asset management systems;
Understanding of web and digital media requirements.
Languages:
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
