Job Description

Ibraaz – a brave space for art, culture, and ideas from the Global Majority – recently opened in October 2025 in the heart of London. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of Ibraaz across print, digital, and spatial design.

This is a unique opportunity to define and evolve the visual language of a new cultural institution. You will be responsible for shaping how Ibraaz communicates visually – from exhibitions and editorial to campaigns and on-site experiences – ensuring clarity, coherence, and creativity across all touchpoints.

Salary: starting from £24,000 depending on experience

Permanent role; flexible three-day work week ( 22.5 hours a week); hybrid remote and in-office working (Central London)Image removed.

Job Requirements

  • Strong design sensibility with a contemporary and conceptual approach

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and other relevant tools

  • Experience creating design systems and managing brand consistency across digital and print

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into bold, accessible visual forms

  • Strong typographic, layout, and composition skills

  • Experience producing assets for social media, events, editorial, publications, and exhibition environments

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and production management

  • Interest in art, culture, and global narratives, with sensitivity to diverse visual languages

  • Collaborative mindset; ability to work closely with curatorial, editorial, and communications teams

  • 3+ years professional experience with right to work in the UK
