Ibraaz – a brave space for art, culture, and ideas from the Global Majority – recently opened in October 2025 in the heart of London. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of Ibraaz across print, digital, and spatial design.
This is a unique opportunity to define and evolve the visual language of a new cultural institution. You will be responsible for shaping how Ibraaz communicates visually – from exhibitions and editorial to campaigns and on-site experiences – ensuring clarity, coherence, and creativity across all touchpoints.
Salary: starting from £24,000 depending on experience
Permanent role; flexible three-day work week ( 22.5 hours a week); hybrid remote and in-office working (Central London)
Strong design sensibility with a contemporary and conceptual approach
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and other relevant tools
Experience creating design systems and managing brand consistency across digital and print
Ability to translate complex ideas into bold, accessible visual forms
Strong typographic, layout, and composition skills
Experience producing assets for social media, events, editorial, publications, and exhibition environments
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and production management
Interest in art, culture, and global narratives, with sensitivity to diverse visual languages
Collaborative mindset; ability to work closely with curatorial, editorial, and communications teams
3+ years professional experience with right to work in the UK
