The Growth Revenue Manager – Expansion drives top-line growth by supporting the Commercial Expansion team with strategic revenue management initiatives. This role collaborates across functions to develop pricing strategies, optimize price elasticity, and execute revenue-driving insights.
With a focus on seven Nordic market channels, including partnerships with Anora, the role requires close coordination with Sales Directors and Country Managers to capture market opportunities through effective pricing architecture and pack strategies. This fast-paced role is ideal for those looking to develop strategic thinking and directly impact business performance.
The role:
Develop Channel Pricing Strategy aligned with brand and country strategies, leveraging fact-based analysis and industry trends;
Analyze Competitor Pricing & Margin Pools to identify opportunities and inform strategic pricing decisions;
Optimize Pricing Architecture by identifying gaps and overlaps in the portfolio to maximize growth potential;
Establish Pricing & Promotion Guidelines to ensure alignment with overall strategy while maximizing sales opportunities;
Execute and Support Price Changes through the PINC Planning process, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial guidelines;
Monitor Pricing Performance & Profitability using elasticity studies, tracking KPIs such as NR/HL, MACO/HL, and mix contribution;
Analyze Customer Pricing & Promotional Behaviors to refine strategies and improve market positioning;
Track Margin Pool Evolution to ensure profitability and optimize pricing decisions;
Collaborate Across Functions & Markets including Sales Directors, Country Managers, Finance, Marketing, and external partners like Anora.
Who we’re looking for:
Educational Background: University degree in Applied/Financial Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
Experience: Background in Finance (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Account Management, Revenue Management, or Market Insights, preferably in a multicultural environment;
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of P&L management, statistical analysis tools, and elasticity modeling (cross-price & category elasticity);
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in performance analysis, planning, and problem-solving to drive data-based decisions;
Sales & Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics;
Advanced Excel Proficiency: Ability to manage complex data sets and modeling;
Leadership & Influence: Confident in challenging senior commercial leaders and driving strategic initiatives;
Self-Starter & Team Player: Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team;
Language & Travel: Fluent in English and open to traveling across Nordic markets to engage with local sales teams.
