In our Industrial Business Unit, IBA designs and delivers advanced industrial solutions worldwide.
We are strengthening our team with a key role: a Head of Global Sales to define and lead our global sales vision.
As a Head of Global Sales, your mission will be:
Define the global commercial long term vision;
Decline the vision in a strategic and then operational commercial roadmap;
Develop the necessary talent pool to fulfill commercial needs;
Own the commercial/selling process.
Challenges we trust you with
You will be responsible for an international team of 10 colleagues (7 sales managers, 1 Head of Sales Support, and 2 Business Developers), based in Asia, US and Europe.
In this context, you will:
Lead the team and help them to grow;
Contributes to the vision and strategy of the Business Unit;
Drives the strategy for the international team;
Translates the strategy into operational plans and guides their realization;
Decisions impact the medium to long-term achievement of goals;
Accountable for strategy execution and the achievement of goals.
What we value
You have:
A strong international and industrial experience (at least 15 years of experience) in a similar sector (industrial solutions, medical devices,…);
A proven sales experience in high growth market;
A proven capability in defining strategies to pursue our growth;
An experience in people management: you are able to help your team to growth (at least 5 years of experience);
A deep interest for technical and financial matters;
Analytical skills; and you are able to identify and interact easily with customer’s high level makers and stakeholders;
Strong presentation and communication skills in English; French is an asset.
