Healthcare Recruiter in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiter in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role will be instrumental in our recruitment strategy, focusing on licensed positions in our clinics and leadership roles, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, posting, conducting phone screens, interviews, and delivering offers

• Strategize on sourcing trends, identifying where efforts need to be focused

• Utilize creativity in sourcing candidates, considering our limited budget

• Drive community outreach initiatives for sourcing potential candidates

• Spearhead strategies to find suitable candidates, considering our low candidate flow

• Manage a high requisition load, effectively prioritizing and organizing tasks

• Emphasize customer-service focus throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain attention to detail and organization in all recruitment activities

• Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-drive and initiative

• Use UKG and LinkedIn systems for recruitment purposes

• Foster a diverse and inclusive recruitment environment, respectful of language and pronouns. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital, or social assistance recruitment role

• Demonstrated experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Familiarity with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes

• Proven experience in conducting and interpreting background checks

• Ability to perform cold calling effectively to attract potential candidates

• Experience in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding

• Knowledge of various recruiting sources and the ability to leverage them effectively

• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies.
