Healthcare Research & Data Analyst / Senior Healthcare Research & Data Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our high‑performing CNS & Ophthalmology team in Noida. In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end market research projects—from primary/secondary research, clinical trial assessment, and competitive intelligence to forecasting, and insight generation. You will produce sharp, client‑ready deliverables, manage full project lifecycles, and help shape strategic decision‑making for global biopharma and pharma clients. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Master’s or higher degree (Ph.D., MBA) and/or relevant experience in the biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sector.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, market research, biopharma, insights and analytics or related life sciences field is required; experience in or working with the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in contemporary biology, preferably in neuroscience.
• Excellent project management skills (ability to handle multiple projects for self to deadlines).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and objectively in written and spoken English. Strong presentation skills are a must.
• A flexible and collaborative approach to work. Strong interpersonal communication skills, exudes positivity and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Enthusiasm for CNS research and drug development.

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Knowledge of CNS indications (i.e., neurology, psychiatry and/or pain) or ophthalmology indications, therapeutics, markets, and key factors influencing them.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using pivot tables and advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, effective data organization strategies etc.
• Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets (e.g., SQL).

What will you be doing in this role?

• Write high-quality, concise, and insightful market analysis deliverables designed for key decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industry. Manage the execution of multiple projects with minimal supervision and as per required timelines.
• Critically analyse and interpret complex clinical data and commercial information from a multitude of sources and can draw conclusions, be decisive, and build market forecasts.
• Effectively and concisely communicate business insights through multiple formats (e.g., slide decks, live presentations).
• Develop and apply a detailed understanding of CNS indications and drug development processes.
• Conduct primary research via interviews and surveys with medical and health experts.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients; understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Field client queries and ad hoc requests with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Clarivate Sales and Marketing teams and contribute to corporate initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Stay abreast of events in CNS drug development.
• Participate in department wide innovation and process improvement initiatives.

Hours of Work

Hybrid work mode. The work timing is 12 – 9PM IST. This helps the team to have some overlap with their counterparts working in other offices in North America and Barcelona.
