Job Title: Healthcare Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Superintendent II or III to oversee construction operations in the Grand Rapids and Lansing areas. The successful candidate will manage all field operations, including initial project communication, contract and schedule coordination, and the creation of site-specific plans. They will be responsible for conducting pre-start meetings with subcontractors, managing onsite trade schedules, and ensuring the project is completed within budget and schedule. The role also involves coordination with project managers for schedule recovery, following up on RFIs with architects, engineers, and designers, and maintaining a detailed daily log of activities. Additionally, the superintendent will implement safety measures, manage client relationships, and strive for repeat business.
