$20,000 BonusPosition: Physical Therapist PT – Home HealthHours: M-F 8 to 5Area: Lufkin, TX and SurroundingPay Range: $98,000 to $120,000Flexible Schedule (Self-Schedule)1:1 Quality time with patientsMileage reimbursementSupportive leadership in a team-oriented environmentThis position is paid on a per-visit basis. Qualifications: Be the Best Home Health Physical Therapist You Can BeIf you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program
• Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
