  • Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)

  • Have a love of working collaboratively with a team-centred approach
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Role model communication skills; you will hold excellent face to face interactions to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients in pharmacy

We are seeking a patient focused Hospital Relief Pharmacist to join our dedicated Boots pharmacy teams based across Bournemouth & Poole Hospital and surrounding areas.

As a Relief Pharmacist for Boots, you will:

  • Gain confidence quickly.
  • Experience different stores and different challenges.
  • Receive flexible work patterns.
  • Work within a mix of hospital and community Pharmacy.
  • Learn best practice to share with other stores.
  • Receive paid transportation at 45 pence per mile

We have a strong, dedicated planning team that will provide you with your Rota’s at least 12 weeks in advance.

This is a unique opportunity to further develop your clinical skills working in our hospital out-patient pharmacies, and to work collaboratively with the NHS Trust whilst occasionally spending time in our Boots stores within our community to widen your career portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work within busy service lead stores; you will have the support of teams of experienced ACT’s, dispensers and pharmacy advisors, as well as strong retail management support teams and dedicate Area Manager.
