HOST

General

• Provide a high level of customer service to every customer visiting Lightroom
• Assist and communicate with your fellow hosts to ensure the Front of House experience runs smoothly
• Be prepared to assist in all areas of Front of House operations, including but not limited to bar, show space, retail and sales positions
• Ensure that the customer journey from the front doors to the show space is as smooth as possible
• Have a good knowledge of Lightroom as a venue, it’s offer alongside the current show.
• To upsell the wider offer available to customers, promoting sales where possible
• Take ownership of any area you are working in while on shift act as the first point of contact in that area for the oversight of fire safety and first aid
• Be aware of the relevant procedures in place for the eventuality of fire and first aid emergencies keeping up to date with fire evacuation plans and your role as part of it
• To complete any reasonable tasks as instructed by Duty Manager.
