House Manager

• Degree with equivalent or combination of education and property management experience
• Three years of experience in a property management setting
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate

• Ability to plan, coordinate and oversee social events
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors
• Ability to manage staff under pressure

• Reimbursement for health insurance premiums at a rate equal to the lesser of 75% or $8,500.

• Applicable Social Security Tax (FICA) will be deducted from the employee’s pay.
• Federal Income Tax, New York State, and New York City withholding tax, as appropriate, will be deducted from the employee’s salary.
