The HR and Office Manager will oversee day-to-day HR and office systems at SET, supporting a growing team while ensuring our infrastructure is transparent, scalable, and people-centred. This role will ensure best practices in employment and internal organisation, helping embed policies and systems that uphold SET’s values and duty of care.

Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience in office management and HR coordination.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Experience improving internal systems and streamlining processes.
- A strong working knowledge of HR practices and UK employment law.
- A commitment to fairness, accessibility and care in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and confidentially.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues, including dispute resolution and mediation.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and HR/project management software
- Comfortable using cloud-based systems and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data handling in a HR context.
- Comfortable using, HR software and scheduling tools.
- Confidence leading team-building initiatives or internal culture programmes,
