Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to assist the HR Department in preparing and organizing

documents, files, and contracts for the organization’s employees, and providing support and assistance to human resources employees in the Syria office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with staff requests and prepare the required documents coordination with direct supervisor.

2. Ensure the staff personnel files are updated softcopy and hardcopy

3. Enter information and work on the human resources system.

4. Follow-up of staff time on the entry and exit device, and prepare reports of delays and absences.

5. Follow up the time sheet of the organization’s employees in Syria and Turkey and ensure its validity.

6. Archiving all papers and organizing files professionally.

7. Providing support to Field HR staff if needed.

8. Perform any related required tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree: University Student

  • Years of experience in INGO/NGOs – None

    Skills:

▪ good command of Microsoft Office™ tools.

▪ Knowledge in preparing modules for kobo toolbox, and Google Surveys is preferable.

▪ Team player

▪ Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Languages:

Arabic (mother tongue) / English B1 / Turkish C2
