HR Officer (for Philippines Nationals Only)

The HR Officer is responsible for general staff administration, covering files on Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and/or Performance Management. The incumbent provides HR services in line with the ICRC’s and the delegation’s policies and the applicable laws and regulations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as a focal point for general HR management issues.
  • Carries out administrative follow-up on HR-related concerns (e.g. conflict management, training) and staff management policies are applied correctly.
  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws and staff regulations. * Monitors performance reviews and institutional trainings

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • University degree in psychology, business management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in Learning and Development, and/or Organizational Development
  • Must have good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino; Knowledge of Bisaya-Cebuano is an advantage
