As HR Project Manager in a dynamic, people-driven organisation, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives that strengthen performance, leadership and organisational effectiveness. Reporting to the Talent & Performance Manager, you will act as a key driver of cross-functional HR projects and development programmes, bringing structure, coordination, and measurable impact to the HR function.
YOUR ROLE
Cross-functional HR Project Management
Collaborate closely with the Talent & Performance Manager to scope, plan and lead strategic HR projects across the organisation;
Independently manage specific project phases or workstreams (e.g., HR software implementation, process redesign and design, deployment of performance tools);
Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (HR teams, managers, IT, service providers, consultants) to ensure smooth project delivery;
Read, analyse and track vendor contracts within the scope of HR projects;
Manage project budgets: cost monitoring, approval of quotes, invoice processing, and financial reconciliations.
Leadership & Performance
Contribute to the design and deployment of leadership development programmes aligned with company strategy;
Participate in the continuous improvement of performance evaluation systems and support the establishment of a continuous feedback culture;
Support managers in understanding and adopting performance management tools and in developing their teams.
Learning & Skills Development
Collaborate with business teams to identify skill development needs;
Design tailor-made training programmes aligned with key priorities;
Support the facilitation of some training modules and monitor the impact of deployed training.
YOUR PROFILE
3 to 6 years of experience in an HR role focused on projects, HR development or training;
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent;
Relevant experience in project management;
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders;
Strong organisational skills, rigorous execution, and attention to detail;
Ability to take a step back, structure and formalise topics;
Results-oriented and to the point;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups;
Strategic mindset with a strong business orientation and focus on results;
High emotional intelligence and strong coaching abilities to support and influence stakeholders at all levels;
