Job Title: Human Resources Generalist I Location: Richmond, VA (701 East Byrd St, 05E-RICH) Job Type: Contract Responsibilities:

• Administer HR policies across two or more functional areas.
• Collect and analyze HR data; recommend actions to management.
• Process paperwork in line with established procedures.
• Prepare internal communications related to compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Knowledge of HR concepts and practices; follow pre-established guidelines.
• Work under direct supervision; report to a manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related area preferred.
