We hope you’ll come join our award-winning team today!Position Description:We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Intern that’s organized, detail-oriented and energetic! This role will work with all levels of the HR team to support programs that elevate employee engagement across our family of companies. As this position assists in a variety of initiatives, from benefits to intra-company communication, to ADP platform management and a focus on talent acquisition, it is a great way to learn about different areas of human resources.Scope of Responsibilities:The individual in this role will:

  • Identify and participate in various culture initiatives from engagement to wellbeing and more
  • Learn about key functions of the business to better understand the reach of HR across the organization
  • Gain a general understanding of benefits administration, payroll, talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Explore current trends in the realm of Human Resources including the anticipated impact of artificial intelligence on everyday operations in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Help execute internal Human Resources Sharepoint Site development and rollout
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Support our full-cycle recruitment process from candidate communication to selection
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources team

Requirements/Preferences:

  • 4-year college attendee with a strong interest in a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized; able to track multiple projects at once
  • Team player who likes to have fun!
