Under the guidance of the HR officer in the team, the candidate will contribute to the successful completion of various projects within the HR Admin Management Office.
Under the overall supervision and guidance of the HR Officer, the intern will primarily be responsible for supporting the HR Administration section with data reporting and analytics as well as for contributing to the day-to-day operation by performing various administrative and coordinative tasks.
This may involve:
Providing support to run reports for various data related activities:
- HR Administration resource analysis and reporting – Excel reporting (Pivot tables, formulas), SAP reporting
- Data collection, entry and maintaining excel sheets
During the absence of HR Administration’s administrative support personnel, assistance with meeting coordination:
- Meeting minutes writing and consolidation
- Meeting material and presentation preparation
- Room booking and scheduling
Providing support to the Section with ongoing audit and housekeeping activities:
- Participate in ongoing validation of existing mailing lists, mailboxes to ensure all personnel has appropriate access
- Review of the SharePoint access architecture to ensure all personnel has the appropriate access
Assisting with compiling and maintaining all HR Admin activities for the year and keep the shared DHR and GSSC calendars up to date at all times.
Other Tasks as needed and deemed appropriate for their level.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- Current enrolment in a degree programme at the Bachelor or master’s level or recent graduate (max 2 years ago) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, International Relations, Data Analytics / Development or other related fields
- Fluency in English is required (writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, formulas) Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills & extreme attention to details
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong commitment and drive for results demonstrated
- Eligible applicants must be nationals of EU countries or be eligible to work in Hungary.
- The selected intern will be required to provide proof of enrolment in a health/accident plan prior to taking up the assignment.
Contract Duration and Terms
- This contract is for a 3-month duration, a minimum of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote per week
- Intern is expected to be in the office when needed for specific activities
- This internship is paid with a stipend of net HUF 2105 / hour capped at net HUF 362,133 per month.
- Maximum 40 working hours per week are possible
- Individuals must fund their travel and living expenses
- Individuals must have proof of medical insurance covering their time at the duty station
- Individuals are personally responsible for obtaining any required visa or residence permit, covering the entire period of their internship
- Interns may take up to 2.5 days per month off work for any reason, including for medical reasons. The stipend will be reduced for any absence beyond this quota
