Human Resource LeaderOur client is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions dedicated to shaping, growing, and bettering the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries, as well as their adjacent markets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a Healthy Work Environment: Implement engagement programs and union avoidance initiatives.
  • Support Associate Relations: Handle ethics and compliance investigations, maintain issue tracking, and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Business Segments: Plan HR support needs proactively and ensure timely and professional service.
  • Implement HR Initiatives: Drive company-wide or location-specific HR programs and advise leaders on people issues.
  • Coach and Develop Leaders: Guide leaders through change management and performance management issues.
  • Drive Engagement: Interpret engagement surveys, assess facility climate, and plan actions with department managers.
  • Community Engagement: Coordinate company volunteerism efforts.
  • Advise on Performance and Compliance: Provide guidance on performance counseling, discipline, and termination procedures.
  • Support Payroll & Benefits: Assist with benefits enrollment and talent reviews.

Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, including retention, succession planning, change management, associate relations, and performance improvement. At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Associate’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Performance Management and Learning Management systems, and intermediate Excel skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Cross-functional Ability: Engage and build effective relationships across the organization and provide exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are highly desired.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
