We are seeking someone who will expand the breadth and depth of teaching in our department. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching and possess a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and/or a related discipline.

The teaching requirement is normally eight course sections per academic year. The successful candidate will have developed and taught a variety of courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels including, but not limited to, organizational behaviour, human resources management, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, negotiations, and HR analytics to a diverse student body. They will have experience delivering on-line courses and using innovative teaching technologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate an awareness of, and zest for, teaching innovations, experience developing and delivering courses, as well as engaging in pedagogical scholarship or other pedagogical activities, including attending conferences, writing, and presenting papers and/or cases.

While the primary role for this position is teaching, the successful candidate will be expected to serve on internal committees, participate in events organized by students and the School, engage in other service activities within the University, and support the School’s initiatives within the business, academic and other external communities.

All information collected is confidential and will be used to support efforts to broaden the diversity of the applicant pool and to promote a fair, equitable and inclusive talent acquisition process.
