PORTLAND, OROrder: 136806Order Type : Direct HireAn amazing direct-hire opportunity to utilize your exceptional people and HR skills with a company that has great values, exceptional benefits, and a collaborative environment!LOCATION: Portland, ORSALARY: $60+ DOESCHEDULE: Full-Time, Exempt, Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30, Hybrid after trainingINDUSTRY: BankingTHE ROLEThe Human Resources Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to internal and external members by managing key projects and programs, as well as performing a variety of staff support activities such as benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, and volunteer programs.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports payroll functions; performs payroll processing as needed, or quarterly.
• Manages HRIS/Payroll System
• Monitors completion of performance reviews.
• Assists in developing and updating the long-term Professional Development Training Program.
• Oversees Volunteer Training Program
• Administers the company’s benefit programs.

SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES

• SHRM Certification Preferred
• Five years of experience in Human Resource Management; Including experience with recruitment, organizational development, and HR strategy preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conflict management, comfortable with public speaking, training, and recruitment negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of ADA, HIPPA, FMLA, FLSA, OFLA, and other applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
